A very common question is about our pet policy. In our pet-friendly units we require a deposit equal to one month's rent; there is no monthly pet rent. If the unit does not require maintenance or additional cleaning at the end of lease due to pet damage - the full pet deposit will be returned to the tenant. If any pet damage exceeds the amount of pet deposit, funds from the security deposit will be used. Responsible tenant pet owners who take good care of their apartment/house should expect to recieve both security & pet deposits back at the end of lease.
Payment arrangements can be made on pet deposits, just please speak with the property manager.

or if you want to renew with new roommates/tenants - these people must fill out an application and be approved through our office before the new tenants move into the premises.
