Located just moments away from Iowa State University, ISU Memorial Union, ISU Bookstore, Campustown dining, shopping, and nightlife - we put you in the middle of ISU campus life, without you having to live on campus.

At this time all of our units have been rented for 2010-2011. We will know what is available for August 2011 by February 15th, 2011.

All of our aparment buildings are located on Welch Avenue, just a short walk to ISU campus.

Each of our three apartment buildings on Welch Avenue have a unique style to fit a variety of tastes and personalities. All of our apartments are a place tenants are happy to call home.
