Residential Subleases

Information About Subleasing

How Our Sublease Listings Work

Subleases are occasionally available throughout the year. Subleases usually are either an entire unit or a “roommate swap” where a new tenant will take over the lease for a single existing tenant. The details and the length of each sublease are included in each listing. When a new sublease opportunity becomes available, it will be posted on this page. Check back often so you don't miss out!

Viewing A Listed Sublease

Interested in viewing a property? You can request a virtual tour, or we would be happy to set up a showing. If you want to schedule an in-person showing, contact us and we’ll make arrangements to meet you at the property. Most showings require at least 24-hour notice to the existing tenants so same-day or next-day appointments are unlikely.

Sublease Applications

A form to request a sublease application is included at the bottom of each sublease listing. Complete the form and we will email you a link to complete your application online. Every residential listing, including our subleases, have a $30 non-refundable application fee. Each potential new tenant must complete a separate application (excluding minor children intending on living with a parent or legal guardian).

Current Tenants - Listing Your Unit

Current tenants can request their property be listed as available for sublease by completing a form on the current tenant resources page. You should check your lease for information about subleasing fees. Contact us with questions.
