If you live in a pet-friendly property, after your form is submitted (and your vaccination records, if applicable, have been received) we will send out a pet addendum. The pet addendum must be signed by all tenants on the lease. You will not be authorized to have the pet in your rental unit until the pet addendum has been signed by everyone.

As explained in the pet addendum, there is an additional $250 deposit that is required when you sign a pet addendum. This deposit is added to your general security deposit, and it is refundable in the same manner. Additionally, there is a monthly service fee of $50 for a first pet and $70 for two pets that will be added to your monthly rent.
